I just ran a backtrace (my first ever, hurray!) on totem while trying to play an m4v video file (all-your-base.m4v). This video file played just fine in Intrepid, but now that I've upgraded to Jaunty, totem freezes when I try to play it. If there is any other info I can provide that may be useful, let me know.
