The bug was closed because there's no backtrace on it without one the bug is no use. Follow this instructions and report a new bug with apport which should get an automatic retrace of the issue. Since you already have the .crash file : launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit. If you're not running GNOME you can use the cli interface as apport-cli -c /var/crash/_crash.crash . Thanks again.
