With the box I'm having this trouble with, gvfs 0.2.2 is what I'm using but still have the same issues. OTOH, I installed on another partition the beta Hardy CD, then installed all the updates, about 200 at once, and the issue is not there. So we likely have a situation that if you haven't updated the original beta daily, or something like that, missing an update or more, then having updates overlay updates, this issue we are seeing occurs.
I'll keep both installs and keep them updated daily and see what happens until the release.
