Comment: Hi Fabio, Yeah it does seem to be bug number 21 for the X600 :( I am now using the vesa driver and it works, with a max res of 1600x1200 instead of the usual 1920x1200 >From reading through the other x600 bugs I could find, this is a dup of #34661, feel free to mark it as such. I also plan to try the DRI "fix" suggested in bug #35601 at some stage. I reviewed my logs again and found that DRI fails with 2.6.15-14 and so gdm runs fine. I will keep you posted on my progress.
