what is the interest to write it that way rather than ".ogg"? People reading 
bugs here know what a filename looks like, no need to spell every letter. Same 
for the .c description...

Anyway your issue is that you give a filename not matching the detected 
mimetype which can be considered as a try to get the user running something 
without noticing (a number of windows breakage come from such situation by 
example)

Anyway that's a known issue and a duplicate, marking as such
