Description:
Today I installed actual version of banshee (0.10.7-1ubuntu1) from
dapper repos but it does not start due to segfault in gst plugin
(gstreamer0.10-plugins-base 0.10.3-1ubuntu2):
ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file:
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstaudioresample.so
Please either:
- remove it and restart.
- run with --gst-disable-segtrap and debug.
I renamed these plugins and banshee works:
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstaudioresample.so.bak
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstvideobox.so.bak
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstvideotestsrc.so.bak
