I have Log Level High but I haven't had that message at all. Both my virus scanners are being used and reporting correctly. I'm experiencing no mail backup either but we're very low volume now. The only thing I can really see is that my filters aren't executing at all - not being called - and that seems to coincide with me changing the DNS setting in the global.cfg file. But that might be a coincidence, too. All of my other tests are running. Well, I'm not certain that's true actually on outgoing mail. But true for incoming.
