From what I have been reading
lately, this policy will also apply to the new dual-processor chips that
are due out next year. One piece of silicon = one license. Not true of Oracle and some others, however, who
view two processors as two processors, even if they are on one chip. For
now, at least, MS seems to be siding with the users on this
issue.
