Just looked at this again. When I check this manually, it only comes back with a single response: 127.0.0.2, which is the blacklist response code. Dave, are you sure that you do not have 127.0.0.2 as the response code for both the blacklist and the whitelist? The whitelist should be looking for 127.0.0.3, and the suspicious list as 127.0.0.4.
