We ran into this one today. We get paged within minutes of files in the overflow subfolder. If nothing else, I'd like to have a log entry at LOGLEVEL LOW when a DNS response times out. I tried to talk someone else through LOGLEVEL DEBUG and analyzing the results, but in the end we commented out all the DNSBLs and reenabled them one by one until the jam-up returned.
