Hello! I'm aware of this bug too. To me it happend a hour ago again when I was testing a game (Guild Wars) with Wine - minimized, maximized, changed resolution. xkbwatch reveals that the alt-key is "pressed" all the time. Is someone willing to track this bug down? I'm available for testing.
