It looks like another Xpress 200 chipset related problem. You might want to try xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:6.7.193-1 currently in experimental, it contains some fixes for these chipsets. Or you can stay in testing (ati 6.6.3 + xserver-xorg-core 1.3). Or you can stay in unstable and use a rebuild of the old 6.6.3 driver for Xserver 1.4, I'll build that soon anyway.
