I asked you to try upgrading to xserver-xorg-core 1.3 and xserver-xorg-video-mga 1.4.6.1 on April 24th, no reply. The most likely chance to find a fix for such a bug is to test latest upstream releases. That's what Xserver 1.3 and the MGA driver 1.4.6.1 are.
