Hi,

On Swiss-German keyboards, getting capital umlauts (ÄÖÜ) is not really
possible with nodeadkeys, while the diaeresis key is unused. So I've
made a 'deaddiaeresis' keyboard variant which is is similar to
nodeadkeys but allows me to use capital umlauts.

(To be honest: I've only made the change in /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/de_CH
because copy-pasting there was easier than learning how to do it in my
user config. But I guess I'm not the only Swiss programmer/shell user
who perfers nodeadkeys but wants to write proper german.)

Greetings from Zürich
