These are my system specs. Attached are both my XF86Config-4 file and my XF96Config.0.log file. I really love the apt-get capabilities of Debian-based Libranet, but I need to be able to use X as this will be a little workstation. I installed RedHat and X ran fine, so I know it can be done, I just don't know how to do it in Debian. This is where the logfile told me to email any problems. If there is a known workaround or fix please let me know. /****************************************************** * .888888:. Steve Warner * * 88888.888. If there is a known workaround or fix please let me know. I cannot support Libranet packages. My guess is that your SiS chipset is better supported in Debian unstable, which has XFree86 4.2.1.
