Hello. Could someone please help me to get a copy of Extended Window Manager Hints specification (that is, the specification how newer window manares such as kwin communicate with other X clients) ? The only URL I found is http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/wm-spec.html, but www.freedesktop.org seems to be either permanently down or unreachable from my location.
