Speaking of X 4.1 stuff, I recently tried to compile Xfree86 4.1 on my Blade 100, and it compiled without incident, but wouldn't run. (It ran fine after I manually installed the file XFree86 (ie, the X server) extracted from the Debian Woody Sparc package.)
After some hunting on archives of this list, it seems a patch is necessary to get Xfree to compile on sparc. Does anyone happen to have this patch, or know where I couldn get it? Thanks, Joe.
