Hi guys,
On a sid box I recently upgraded to 4.1.0-0pre1v1.2, restarted X,
tried to fire up Licq w/the qt-ui plugin, and got the ole libXft.so.1
missing error. No biggie, I thought, I'll just `ld -shared --whole-archive
-o /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.1 /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.a`. Still no go. I'm
getting an "undefined symbol: XRenderFindVisualFormat" error. Should I be
linking against /usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6 instead? Thanks to everyone,
especially Branden, whose manhours are definitely appreciated here.
