I solved the problem by getting the drm kernel module source from dri.sourceforge.net. After I clobbered the stock /lib/modules/2.4.2/.../mga.o with the latest mga.o, everything worked. > I'll like do that as soon as the modules have been updated to work with > the current 2.4.3-pre kernels.
