powershell supports the first three only.

powershell options
  -e, --execute=ARG           Start PowerShell with a different program
  -g, --geometry=ARG          Sets the window geometry
  -c, --config=ARG            Defines an alturnate configuration file
  -t, --title=ARG             Window title text
