Thanks Felipe. If you want help in setting up the MediaWiki server, then I would be happy to help. I've been running a MW server for about 15 or 20 years. I've been through a lot of migrations and configuration issues. I keep my notes for a MW upgrade at <https://github.com/weidai11/website/blob/master/mediawiki/wiki-upgrade.txt>.
