Package: www.debian.org X-Debbugs-CC: larj...@debian.org In https://www.debian.org/index.nl.html , the three links at the top "Blog" "Micronews" "Planet" are correctly translated as "Blog" "Micronieuws" and "Planeet". However in https://www.debian.org/contact.nl.html , these translations are missing and only English strings appear.
Looking into english/template/debian/navbar.wml , these strings are gettextized here: https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml/-/commit/c3ae3b45654a77f9ba5eb51b4e0ad21841b7e9b9 The translated strings are placed under po/homepage.pot . However, the new navbar is also used outside of our homepage. Perhaps this is causing webpages that are not homepage to be missing this translation. I tried to dig into english/template/debian/ directory but do not have a good understanding on why translations from po/homepage.*.po is not read. If anyone has some good idea, please feel free to fix it. My rough solution would be moving their gettext domain to "templates" instead of "homepage". Thanks, Boyuan Yang
