Hi Laura,

I was reviewing the documentation regarding the Debian "testing"
distribution and noticed that one of the links referencing statistics on
binary packages that are out of date is broken.

Should I go ahead and remove that line or do you know where this
information might have been moved or if there are any alternative resources
available?
