I think my top solution is: For information about how to get in touch, see our [contact page]. I spent a while trying to find ways of keeping a theme of "to report problems, or..." (flagging up the "appropriate channels" part), but really the simpler it is the better it meshes with the emphasis on Debian as a friendly community.
