Bug#721384: [www.debian.org] officiallogo.svg can't be opened in inkscape

Hi,

> inkscape from stable (0.48.3.1-1.3) can open it.

I was kinde sure i ran into the same issues some months ago, I guess with the
version which is in stable now.
