Bug#721384: [www.debian.org] officiallogo.svg can't be opened in inkscape

Hi,

I was not able to open  http://www.debian.org/logos/officiallogo.svg using
inkscape - as it seems it was created with some adobe program.
A diff that fixes this issue is attached.
