My attached diff and revised version converts parts of it into the verbiage that I've seen used more commonly in English (most obviously the phrase "cryptographic mechanism"). I'm not entirely sure this is appropriate, but then again it is only the original that's legally significant. Oh, and yes, it's true, anything resembling "je vous prie d'agréer, Monsieur le président-directeur général, l'expression de mes sentiments les plus respectueuses" boils down in anglophone business-letterese to "Sincerely".
