The document is at http://people.debian.org/~corsac/anssi/debian-lenny-crypto-declaration.pdf I've updated the two documents at http://people.debian.org/~corsac/anssi/debian-lenny-crypto-attestation.pdf and http://people.debian.org/~corsac/anssi/debian-lenny-crypto-attestation-export.pdf because the original ones had “Communauté européenne” instead of “Union européenne” so it was corrected.
