Hi!
The polish translators (and others already, maybe) have problems with
quotation marks in page titles, which are used as <h1>.
I think, it might be a good idea to insert a bit code that converts q
tag for titles eiter to " " or « ».
These marks will always be working for the page title and the <h1>
heading is correct for the current language. Advantage is that the
tranlators have only one place to translate the heading.
Is that okay?
