only? - Especially as libc6 has this dammned wrong implemantation for
quotes.
But there surely is a consitency problem, if quotes are not presented
as <q>-Tag everywhere. Beside that > qutation < for the inner quotes
might look very funny.
I'd like to discuss that in the l10n group, too - therefore the css.
