I think it would be good idea to use capitalized code names *everywhere*,
not only in German translation.

Polish grammar demands writing names (own-names? don't know how to explain
it in English) starting with capitalized letter.

In fact our code names for distributions are names of the toys... names, so
I think they should be written with capitalized letters.
