looking at: http://people.debian.org/~alfie/tidy/en there are still warnings about empty <dd> it seems to by a more wide bug as template/security.wml used <isvulnerable> tag to display whether a fix is available or not, maybe we should use the <fixed> tag. here is a patch for this.
