We already have an Italian translation of the project page: http://people.debian.org/~terminus/debian-lex/index.it.html. If the URL is going to have to move, IMHO it is better that it happens sooner rather than later so too many links and bookmarks don't have to change. The proposed project has already been reported in various places such as Linux Today (http://linuxtoday.com/infrastructure/2003050201526NWDBDP).
