Package: www.debian.org Version: 20030420 Severity: wishlist I have posted a proposal to the debian-project and debian-devel lists for the creation of a new sub-project of Debian, similar to Debian-Med, Debian-Jr and DebianEdu, which would be called Debian-Lex, ie. Debian for lawyers. Initial responses from other developers are positive, with only some disagreement as to whether the project should be called "Debian-Lex" or "Debian-Law" (it seems that "Debian-Lex" has the edge, though). I propose to coordinate the project myself and to be the Web maintainer.
The content of the proposed Web site can currently be found at http://people.debian.org/~terminus/debian-lex/, and is based on the Debian-Med page. If you feel it is too early to create the sub-project I will follow up to this bug report with further developments and you can create the page when you think it is time. -- JEREMY MALCOLM <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Personal: http://www.malcolm.id.au Providing online networks of Australian lawyers (http://www.ilaw.com.au) and Linux experts (http://www.linuxconsultants.com.au) for instant help!
