Well, I'd like to know what ‹ and › should be. Should they be some special kind of opening and closing quotes? Uhm, in my galeon I see them now as < and > -- should they be change to < and >? I don't think that it makes much sense to have them in a strange encoding that isn't really valid but depends on some special charset/character encoding for the users.
