Hi, I am working on Japanese translation of Debian web pages. I have some difficulites on reading English web page now.
international/l10n/po/rank.wml says: The score is the number of translated strings in all PO files. It may not be the best note, but it's the one used... I don't understand the meaning and nuance of "note" and "but it's the one used".
