Anyone is allowed to join this list and you are welcome if you share our goal of wanting to increase the involvement of women in Debian. About 60-70% of the people who are actively involved in Debian Women are men. This sounds bad until you realise that about 99% of the people actively involved in Debian are men. So we do have a relatively high concentration of women here, actually. But there are still a lot of men who are important members of this project. Welcome.
