I'm not longer interested in taking over the xml-resume-library package. I'm not using it and the user count is decreasing. This package needs someone seriously interested in it. I can offer to integrate patches into the upstream VCS and make new releases, if you want to revive this piece of code. I also offer some help for the new maintainer (if wanted or necessary).
