Hi, we try to make UrJTAG as capable as HairyDairyMaid; today, as far as I know, there shouldn't be much of a difference regarding the supported flash chips and target systems. But as HairyDairyMaid is a bit more specialized in just programming flash chips, it might work a little better with some particular target systems than UrJTAG.
It is correct to make openwince-jtag and UrJTAG conflict, because both provide an executable named "jtag". UrJTAG is meant to replace old versions of openwince-jtag. Actually, it's simply a new version that lost its relation to the other openwince software.
