OK. At this point, it's just gonna be /usr/include/openjpeg.h. The
slviewer app upstream looks for "openjpeg/openjpeg.h" but it's expecting
the user to copy all the relevent headers into its own include dir, so
that's not much of a guide to usage.

There's test-packages at http://www.tbble.net/debian/openjpeg/,
they're not ready for sponsorship yet, I've not verified the
build-depends list, nor have I built them other than on PowerPC,
but they seem to work for my slviewer test build.
