According to ISO 3166 http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/02iso-3166-code-lists/list-en1-semic.txt Ukraine is UA, and United Kingdom is GB (and as far as I know the _only_ country-TLD not the same as the ISO-name).
