Well, i asked Upstream to use AM_MAINTAINER_MODE in his auto* stuff,
but he thinks its good to rebuilt all those files again and again...

Thats not related tho this.
Look at autotools-dev. I dont agree with this thing, so i removed the
rules for it.
They arent needed in 90% of the packages imo.
