I build it and the package looks good for upload for me.Please change the VCS-urls in debian/control and set the Maintainer to the Debian vim team (and yourself as uploader, cf. vim-gruvbox).
Let me know if you need help with gbp. Once it's pushed to the teams' repo I will upload it.
