This is a program that introduces GNOME to new users, usually run at first start / after gnome-initial-setup (Different behavior in v40 compared to v3.38). Or after upgrading GNOME (only since v40). Also this is a very recently created program, first appearing in GNOME 3.38. I noticed this was missing when I tried using `gnome-initial-setup` on testing with GNOME 3.38 and was confused why yelp was launched instead of this. Then after searching online I found out that this hasn't been packaged yet and `gnome-initial-setup` was patched in Debian to use `yelp` instead in 3.38 This package would be useful since its missing, and is a pseudo dependency of gnome-initial-setup which was patched by Debian to not use this package until this is packaged. And since v40 isn't even launched by `gnome-initial-setup` anymore, but by GNOME Shell on first start or after upgrading to a new version.
