Defined type nrpe::command can be used to add nrpe commands to the include directory for nrpe. Defined type nrpe::plugin can be used to install nrpe plugins. Configuring NRPE for Nagios-Monitoring is a standard systems administration task and this module implements it nicely. I plan to package and maintain this module via the Puppet Packaging Team on alioth.
