I looked at the actual source and the github lexer implements four custom lexers: * Dasm16 * Puppet * TOML * Augeas Puppet is supported by pygments nowadays, and the others are not widely used that I know of. I say we ship ruby-pygments without the github custom lexer. If someone is interested in getting Debian's ruby-pygments to support Dasm16, TOML, or Augeas; they can push for getting these parts of the github lexer included in pygments upstream.
