Did you do have a chance to do that? I.E.; after making sure that the LedgerSMB admin user (default name: ledgersmb) has the correct permissions, did you go back to the setup.pl script and run it on the that problem database? (And note also that I'm not sure yet why that page defaults to user "postgres" instead of "ledgersmb"...)
