I was about contacting your for this. Yes, I do agree. I have been working in the package, and it only remains to get rid of some lintian warnings and check the license. As I am not that experienced with git and in joining groups, let me read the wiki page you have passed to me so that I can upload the package properly and then it can be co-mantained (and furthermore I start working in teams).
