Hello, I called for seconds when I did because I was hoping to minimise how much this GR would interact with debcamp and debconf.
A number of people have said that in doing so, I misjudged the extent to which discussion is still ongoing. I am only one participant in this discussion, so I appreciate the feedback. It's also true that a number of other people have said that they agree with starting the GR process now, and they've given good arguments, with which I agree, about the importance of achieving closure. The Constitution gives us numerous options, here, and I am still thinking and reading about what would be best for our project.
