Yes, and then it clarifies precisely what it means when it says "Debian" -- "the Debian GNU/Linux Distribution". Right there. In those words. If you were to do likewise every time you make the claim that non-free isn't part of Debian, I wouldn't be objecting to your calls for clarity on others' behalfs.
